How to use our machines

Washers

Select available washer.
Load your items, close door.
Ensure items are not jammed in the door.
Do not overload washer.
Add correct amount of detergent.
Select pre-wash & rinse options.
Make payment (see below).
Press start.

Dryers

Select available dryer.
Load your items, close door.
Newly washed (wet & clean) items only.
Do not overload dryer.
Select temperature & duration.
Beware using high heat more than 30 mins.
Make payment (see below).
Press start.

How to pay

After selecting an available machine, load your items & close door. You are now ready to pay.

Pay at kiosk

Use the payment kiosk
Select your machine(s).
Follow prompts on kiosk.
Add any extras.
Pay with card or coupon.
Press START on the machine

Pay with QR code

Scan QR code with your phone
Unique code on each machine.
Follow prompts on phone.
Add any extras.
Pay with digital wallet or coupon.
Press START on the machine

Pay with coins

Use touch screen on machine
Follow prompts on screen.
Add any extras.
Insert exact change.
No coin changer available.
Press START on the machine

What happens to my credits on the old app?

The kiosk allows you to pay as you go; you don’t need to buy fixed credits in advance and leave them sitting there. The kiosk also offers a nice loyalty program.

You are welcome to use up your credits in the old Huebsch app until 31 December 2025. Contact us if you would like to move your credits from the app to the kiosk loyalty program — you will not lose them 🙂

Loyalty program, coupons & accounts

Your phone number is your key to savings. To access our loyalty program, simply enter your mobile number when prompted at our kiosk. This way there is no need to download anything or create logins. We will not share your details with anyone.

Your credits or discounts can be used before payment.
You can secure your perks and credits with a PIN.
You can reset your PIN by supplying your birthdate.

Coupons

If you have a coupon, you can enter it before making a payment.

Bulk use / commercial accounts

Bulk use accounts are tied to your mobile number (protected with a PIN) just like the loyalty program. We will invoice you via email, and once paid your credit will be available to use via the loyalty program. If your staff will use your account, simply tell them your PIN number.
